I exercise at Butterfly Life, wait for each episode of "24," and buy far too many books. I try to keep active in bible study groups and feel grateful for the friendships I've made and the things I've learned.

Currently an example of the sandwich generation: both of my parents are 95 years old and failing. They need me -- and so do my daughter and husband.

If I'm ever an old lady living alone, I will have no fewer than 60 cats. And yes, I'm allergic.
