Ohio Rocks has a lot of jumping ability. As you can see from the other jumping video posted at this link, he's fine going to shows and jumping small courses. He's usually well behaved at those places with no refusals. He's gone to a few low-level events and has always placed. He's fun and competitive at the small stuff.
And he's fine at home jumping larger, more demanding combinations, as you can see from the video below. However, he's a homebody when it comes to the bigger stuff. We can't get him to jump consistently away from home if the jumps are higher or have "scary" elements. He'll do most of a course, then stop at one jump.
Maybe we're doing something wrong. Though my daughter is a good rider, she's 14 years old. Maybe you can work out the kinks. We can't. But he looks pretty good at home, doesn't he?
